This research paper explores the ramifications of continued American adherence to outdated international copyright treaties, and how the resulting confusion and redundancy impacts the rights of creators and the trade in intellectual property items. Eritrea as a Potential Information Society (2003). This research paper looks at telecommunications development in the African nation of Eritrea, from a policy and cultural studies standpoint.
